Costs legal assistance
The costs regarding legal assistance are part of the damage compensation for our client. Based on current legislation and jurisprudence these costs should in principal be paid by the liable insurance company.
In a personal meeting with a client, agreements will be made regarding our legal fees. The total amount of these legal fees will depend on the complexity of the case (liability, medical and legal causality assessment). A client can choose between the following two options
- Hourly rate € 250,00 + office costs 6% + 21% VAT
- A fee based on 15% of the total compensation (excl. 21% VAT)
